Show FRY AND HENDERSON FOR TWO l j Hats off this morning to William Pitt Frye of Maine President of the Senate Sen-ate and David Brcmner Henderson of Iowa for two sturdy American men If there ever were two They are partisans par-tisans and they dont care who knows It They master the subjects that they study and are able to speak of them In set orations or in the running fire of debate They are paragons of fairness fair-ness In the presiding officers chairs though It takes no phonograph record to discover on which side they stand if they once go on the floor and enfilade en-filade the other fellow Better than all else they are big broad Americans understanding some broa thing of the destiny of tho country and not feeling the slightest fear for IU I may be said that there are greater men in public life today than Frye Of Maine and Henderson of Iowa surely there Is not one better or more to be respected I Hats off to them I |
