| Show SAL TAIR STOCK CHANGES HANDS Lorenzo Snow TrusteoinTrust Has Now Full Control by Purchasing Pur-chasing Cannon Smith and Clayton Interests S Lorenzo Snow as trtifjlcplntrusl Is now In full control of the Saltalr Beach company and the Salt Lake Los Angelo An-gelo Railroad company With the exception ex-ception of something like COO outstanding outstand-ing shares In the two companies President Pres-ident Snow represents the ownership of nil the stock All the other heavy stockholders have sold out their interests inter-ests to Mr Snow but so quietly was the transfer made that none knew of It outside the church officers although the first transfer that oC the Clayton block of Block was made some weeks ago The George Q Cannon stock and the Joseph F Smith Interests have also been sold toMr Snow No change has been made In the directory I di-rectory as far as can be learned but most of the directors only have one share each enough to legally qualify them as directors and stockholders S The capitalization of the beach com pany is 150000 and oC the railroad 5300000 a total of IGOOOO The trustee Intrustis In personal control of about 5100000 of this amount represented by the stock of the two companies held by him the majority of which was recently purchased from Messrs Clay ton Smith Cannon and others Naturally the price paid wan not as great as the capitalization named thoso llgiires representing shares at par 100 each but it Is said the sellers received re-ceived a fair price for their stock The change In ownership followed the recent changes In the management but the reason for disposing of their stock is not staled The trusteeIn trust however has gottca It all vir tually and is In full control of both companies |
