We wish him all kinds of bueeess. He is stopping at the Salt Lako House. We had an agreeable call yesterday from H. K, Robertson, Esq., of Texas, but in business in Baltimore, on hie way to the Pacific coast. Wo wish Mr. Robertson a pleasant time in the: west, and success should he mix bus-1 iness with pleasure. Ho represents the firm of Wni. Lanahan & Son, dis-: tillers of whisky and importers of brandies, bran-dies, wines, Jcc, of No. 20 Light street, Baltimore. He is stopping at the American Hotel. Mr. Benedict, of M. D. Wells & Co., Chicago, and Mr. Mallory, of Car hart, Lewis i Co., Chicago, leave this morning for the east, having had a successful business season hro. |
