a Speaking of the action of the house on the Utah county election contests the Logan Journal says But the evidence when it got before the house was so overwhelmingly in favor of the Democrats and so damnable damn-able to the Republicans that they were glad enough to let the matter drop And the work of Republican leaders of the Republican caucus and elections committee was all undone because there was no semblance of a foundation founda-tion upon which to build their dishonest dishon-est claims In fact so flimsy was the case made out against the Democrats that only five Republicans bad the hardihood to vote in favor of the perpetration of so grave a wrong Thus are the trumped up charges against Democrats punctured punc-tured one by one and thus is the searchlight of truth thrown upon alleged al-leged frauds so that the people may see who is at fault and which party Is in the wrong <
