Court at Parovrnn Special to The Herald PAROWAN Feb 13 Judgo HIggins opened his second term of court today to-day at Parowan The case of Horace Dover for assault as-sault with a deadly weapon with Intent in-tent to do great bodily harm upon a man named Fife of Cedar City was taken up for trial The case was presented pre-sented on information by the county attorney Joseph T Wilkinson and is as far as we are aware the first presentment pre-sentment trial in the state The whole of the day has been occupied in hear ing the testimony and as there are six attorneys in the case it is needless to say it is being vigorously tried Lorenzo D Watson was admitted to the bar today on an open court examination ex-amination and passed one of the best examinations ever had in southern Utah There is very little business to be done here this term and court will likely adjourn tomorrow for the term
