DUNRA yEN His General Mnllshness May Prevent Pre-vent an Apology N13W YORK Feb 13A special to the World from London says Lord Dunraven ha just mailed a letter to E J Phelps of the New York Yacht club special committee Last week he sent a brief note to G L Rivers its secretary retary All reports as to an apology having been sent are untrue and Lord Dunraven has not been seen or Influenced by the Prince of Wales since the publication of the report of the Inquiry a has been suggested by some London newspapers Whether or not Lord Dunraven will ultimately apologize It seems certain he has not made up his mind to do so although the sentiment of the English press English Yachting World and English society seem well nigh unanimous that he should apologize fully and promptly He Is a very obstinate obstin-ate man however Since his return from Glasgow ie has had several consultations with Mr Asquith his counsel before the committee
