committee to adopt a plan looking look-Ing to the selection of the place for the annual meet without leaving it to a vote for the convention a disturbing element ele-ment had been eliminated from tuture gatherings of this nature From the talk in the convention during the discussion of the motion It seems probable that the executive committee will decide to leave the selection of the place for decided to increase additional day a 2 fo athletic meets no for open race meets and 5 for each additional day and 2 for athletic mets scheduling two events All league clubs to have sanctions without cost Messrs Same Cossum and Potter were appointed a special committee to arrange for the incorporation of the league DEFINING DUTIES Ote amendments adopted were To define de-fine the duties ot the new local organization organi-zation committee permitting the racing board to grant sanctions for Sunday ra imr in divisions which have voted to permit per-mit such racing pronouncing a unfair and ungentlemanly anything which tends to disturb a racing meeting providing that members removing from one division for divis-ion new to another membership shall pay a fee of 2 cents Considerable Cabanne in exemption There was some discussion and the committee hn ally decided to ask the racing board to reduce the sentence In both cases to suspension sus-pension for one year After some further
