noris Mud Slinging The street railway fight goes bravely on with some changes The Henderson company fired another gun at their opponents and this time it is a writ of attachment for A H Swan and H C Gilbert for contempt of court in disobeying the retraining order heretofore issued It will be remembered that early Sunday morning the Ogden City company laid tracks in the trenches of the Hender son company on each side of the Ogden river bridge for the purpose of keeping them from crossing it In this state of affairs af-fairs the Henderson company were compelled com-pelled to do something and in order to resume J re-sume work at that place again an order was issued on these grounds and will ba a decided before Judge Miller at 10 oclock this morning The Henderson company > were busy laving tracks on north and south Washington avenue all day while the Ogden City company were putting up poles and stringing wires on Washington avenue and Twenty 1ifth street f Ma Kiesel has put a stop to the promiscuous pro-miscuous tearing up of streets and has notified noti-fied both companies that they cannot dig any more trenches unless they keep pace with the track laying The mayors action meets with the sanction of all
