A Busy Day Before Judge 7ane In the case of Christina Berger vs r Thomas Birch a verdict was rendered in the Third district court yesterday for the plaintiff for 110 In the case of Hyman Harris vs Richard Chipman in wnich the plaintiff I sued to recover 700 alleged to be due him on a real estate transaction Judge Zane I gave judgment for the defendant The accounts of Marshal Parsons were presented and approved The case of Charles Shields et aL vs Edward Ed-ward Casady was reinstated The case of Peter Anderson vs J C De La Mar was submitted and taken under advisement The case of H V Meloy et aL vs E L Craw et al was continued by consent In tho case of J H Hamner vs Martin Blackburn the receiver was authorized to sell sellIn In the case of Geo Thurgood vs E H I Parsons the defendant was allowed ten days in which to file a motion for a new trial In the afternoon the case of J F Marks vs W H Casaay was taken up In this case the plaintiff sues to recover 51800 damages alleged to have been sustained by him through a breach of contract The trial was in progress when tha court adjourned ad-journed until this morning at 10 oclock
