Show "Gstting To Know IT Hcrch 1 1 More than 1,500 high school seniors from 19 area schools are expected to participate In a special introduction to the University of Utah, Saturday, March 11. "ALL HIGH school seniors are encouraged to attend even If they have not decided .to attend college next fall," says Dave Nicholes, chairman of the Campus Community Correlation Council. The program, themed "Getting to Know U" will be held between 1:30 and 4 p.m. in the Olpin Union Ballroom. AFTER A welcome by Nor-mand Nor-mand Gibbons, director of admissions, and remarks by ASUU President Craig Harmon, Har-mon, U students will serve as guides and take small groups of high school seniors to the colleges on campus they are interested in learning more about. "It is an opportunity to meet and obtain candid comments from U students and advisers in the areas of interest to high school seniors. NICHOLES encourages seniors who will be on campus cam-pus to attend the high school basketball finals in the Special Events Center to drop into the union between games.
