Purpose of Hearing: To consider the change of zoning from Agricultural A-l, to Manufacturing M-l, the following described property. Beginning at the point of intersection of the West line of the OSL Railroad right of way and the North line of Section 12, Township 2 North, Range 1 Westi Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence South 7.74 chains along the West line of said Railroad; thence West to the West line of a certain State Highway right of way bisecting the Northeast Quarter of said Section 12; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Highway to the North line of Parrish Lane; thence Westerly along the North line of Parrish Lane to the Easterly line of the D&RGW Railroad right of way; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said D&RGW Railroad to the North line of said Section Sec-tion 12; thence East along said Section line to the point of beginning. begin-ning.
