Show Sr. Citizen Events The Golden Years Center will have tax consultants available every Thursday, beginning Jan. 25 from 1-5 p.m. This service will continue con-tinue for several months, until this service is finished for the year. ANY SENIOR citizen may bring in their information to get help in filling out the tax forms for 1978. Information and referral services information is also available in the center each Wednesday, 12-1:30 p.m. . Marilyn Kelsey is director of this agency. Those with any problems may come in for assistance as-sistance or to discuss the services ser-vices of this agency. THE CENTER will be closed Feb. 12th and 19th. The monthly luncheon will be on Thursday, Feb. 15 with a Valentine theme. A bus trip to Hardware Ranch to see the herds of elk being fed by the Utah State Game Department, has been scheduled for Friday, Feb. 16, watch for more details. This is a winter trip which is available availa-ble for the public to see these herds of elk in Cache Valley. THE STATE legal services will bring a program of infor- mation for all senior citizens to the center on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 12:30 p.m. There will be discussion on wills and other important problems which the senior citizens may have in this matter. The next AARP meeting for those in South Davis County will be Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 1:30 p.m. A TRIP to San Francisco, Calif, has been scheduled, leaving the center on March 21. Start making plans for a six days and five nights fun trip. One last note: There will be no ceramics class held on Friday, Jan. 26 kj |
