Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Uintah County Courthouse Cour-thouse (front steps) located in Vernal, Utah, on April 26, 1983, at 10:00 a.m., of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing the Trust Deeds executed by Amiron Development Corporation, Cor-poration, as Trustor, in favor of Basin State Bank, as Beneficiary, covering real property located in Uintah County, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: to-wit: Beginning on the East line of the Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Base & Meridian, thence South 2 04 minutes 52 seconds East -1039.50 feet from the North quarter of said Section, thence South 2" 04 minutes 52 seconds East along the said East line 774 feet more or less to the Centerline of Ashley Creek; thence Northwesterly Nor-thwesterly along the said Creek centerline 1360 feet more or less to the West line of the East half of said Northwest quarter Section; Sec-tion; thence North 2 16 ' minutes 31 seconds West along the said West line 490 feet more or less to a point which is located at South 2 16 minutes 31 seconds East . 1039.50 feet from the Northwest Nor-thwest corner of said East half Northwest quarter Section; thence North 88 01 minutes 42 seconds East parallel to the North line of said Northwest quarter section 1326.44 feet to the point of beginning.
