Sonny ' Crandall. Their wedding is planned for Tuesday, June 22, to take place in the Salt Lake Temple. The bride-to-be is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs.? Russell Childs of this city, and Mr. Crandall' s parents are Mr. and Mrs. E. V. Crandall, also of Springville. Complimenting the couple a wedding reception is1 being be-ing planned for the evening following their marriage. Miss Childs, a1 graduate of the high school, has been prominent in scholastic and 4-H club affairs. Only recently she won a trip to the 4-H club national convention at Chicago, Chi-cago, and while there was given an award as one -of 20 outstanding out-standing members in the United States.. She served as student stu-dent body secretary during her senior year, and as a result of her 4-H activities and scholastic record was given a $100 scholarship to the U. S. A. C. for the coming year. Mr. Crandall attended the U. S. A. C. two years following fol-lowing graduation from the local high school, and is a member mem-ber of. the Sigma Nu fraternity. . After their marraige the young couple plan to make their home in Springville. . ' 5 . . |
