Show J. W. GUTKE DIES AT HOME IN SALT LAKE CITY Joseph Worth Gutke, 33, state supervisor of the U. S. Food Distribution Administration, husband hus-band of Helen Tew Gutke, died at his home in Salt Lake City on Thursday. Mr. Gutke was born in Smith-field Smith-field May 19, 1911, a son of Joseph and Margaret Lewis Gutke. He graduated from the U.S.A.C., Logan, Lo-gan, and held a post graduate degree de-gree in Agriculuture Marketing from the University of Chicago. He had been supervisor of the food distribution for three years. He married Helen Tew, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. T. Tew of Mapleton, April 3, 1942, in the Salt Lake Temple. Surviving are his widow, his parents of Smithfield, two brothers broth-ers and a sister. |
