A bride's book was served to the guests. .The marriage of Miss Christensen Chris-tensen to Mr. Lawrence took place an the Salt Lake L.D.S' Temipe, Thursday, October 28 The bride is .the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Knud Christensen Christen-sen of AaiKborg, Denmark, and the bridegroom a son of - Mr and Mrs. Joseph Lawrence of Heber City. A reception honored the newly new-ly weds Saturday, Nov 13, in the Memorial building at Heber City. The bride greeted guests in her wedding gown of white satin, sat-in, styled with an overskirt of lace. Her fingertip veil of brides illusion fell from a halo tiara encircled with ,pale ,pink rosebuds and lily of the valley. In the receiving line with the bride and groom and the groom's parents were Dr. and Mrs. R. V. Larson, tShe best man, J. R. Nelson, and three attendants, Miss Marilyn Wills, Mrs Keith Todd and Mrs. Dee Erickson, whlo were attired in like gowns of rose (biege antique an-tique taffeta. A setting for the bridal party par-ty was provided by beautiful arrangements of chrysanthemums chrysanthe-mums in bronze and yellow Shades and wthite lighted tapers tap-ers in tall oandleabra. The three-itiered white wedding wed-ding cake was topped with a miniature bride and groom. ' A program was presented, with Joseph Olpin as emcee. The new Mrs. Lawrence will remain in Heber City until un-til Mr. Lawrence is released from the U.' S. Armed Forces in December, at which time he plans to attend the Brigham Young University. |
