The committee was forced to curtail their expenditures somewhat some-what they had a much smaller smal-ler bank balance, this year to start with than in the past Prizes of $15, $10 and $5 will be allowed for the business and residential decoration, making a total of $80.00. An entry coupon is being printed on Page One of the Standard for those in the city of Roosevelt who are desirous of entering the business or residential res-idential decoration contest.
