Show " A BIRTHDAY SURPRISE. Miss Gladys Eastman was given a birthday surprise in honor of her fifteenth fif-teenth blrthdayl on May 29th, at her homo, 173 Poplar avenuo. The evening even-ing was pleasantly spent in games, music and dancing, after which a dainty dain-ty luncheon was served by her mother, assisted by MIsh Elvira Burklund. The guests, numbering thirty, included the Misses Gladys Grandquist, Ruth Osborne, Os-borne, Ruth Lucas, Vera Shipley, Vera Jones, Mlnnlo Jones, Trossa Drabble, Margaret Baker, Leonore Leavitt, Emma Em-ma Simms, Olga Wold, Doris Gutko, Jeweldean Cleavenger and the Messrs. Earl Schaedler, Bernard Robinson, Raymond Bullough, Howard Fellows, Ronald Gallagher, Chaille Eastman, Willie Eastman, John Tanner, Carl Weaver, Leonard Conn, Lewis Fret-well, Fret-well, Walter Judo, Everett Sanders, . and George Tribe. The guests departed depart-ed at 12.30 for their homes, wishing Miss Eastman many happy returns of the day. |
