Show 'Donald Peterson Killed in Pacific Action at Manila Donald K. Peterson, son or Mr. and Mrs. J. Clifford Peterson, has been reported by the War Department Depart-ment as killed in aetion in the assault as-sault on Luzon of February 3. The young man was coming 20 years of age, and had served in several actions. Ho is survived by his father and mother and the following brothers and sisters, Harold, Colona, Earl, Warren, Lorraine, Wayne and Muriel. Mur-iel. He entered the service August 23, 194.'!, and received traiing at camps in California. He left for o-verseas o-verseas on July 7, 1944, and was at New Guinea six weeks, at Leyte about the first of September, where he spent 74 clays, and from there he was sent to Manila. |
