Show WEDDINGS IN MANTI. Did You Hear the BelisGo a Ringing Ring-ing This Week? On Monday afternoon the marriage ceremony uniting Miss Bell Fox and Mr. Brnce Brown was performed by Justice Tennant at the home of the bride's parents on A street east. It was a quiet affair and only the parents and immediate family relatives of the contracting con-tracting parties were present at the marriage and evening reception. Both bride and groom have grown np in the midst of this people and their acquaintance acquaint-ance dates from their childhood. Now that they have arrived at their second mile post, when each carries half of life's joys and sorrows and both go forward hand in hand, it is the wish of their friends and this journal that their best wishes will be servents to them. Wednesday at the home of the bride's parents on East or Third street north, Miss Petrea Steck was united in marriage to Mr. David Shand. The ceremony being performed at the temple. In the evening a wedding reception was held and a large number of invited guestslwore present. There largn fables v,v-ro laid and crovdad by the 200 present. Recitations and siiiging were rendered by the young people present, and participated in by the older people to some extent. The festivities wore kept up until a late hour all thoroughly enjoying themselves them-selves and wishing the happy couple all good things in life and contentment. The presents received were many and valuable, consisting of household arti" cles, baby shoes, silverware, cut glass, pictures and innumerable other articles, each the best of its kind, and having the added value of being mementos. |
