KENT HOLT AND JO LYN STRATTON Engagement of Jo Lynn Stratton revealed Mr. and Mrs. Elton Stratton are pleased to announce the en-gage en-gage ment and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jo Lyn, to Spencer Kent Holt, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Wayne Holt of Newcastle. The young couple will exchange ex-change vows September 8 in the St. George LDS Temple. The bride-electe graduated from Cedar High School in 1972. She was an honor student stu-dent and received a music scholarship to SUSC. During her freshman year at the college, col-lege, she was chosen Snow Queen of the annual winter carnival and was voted Sweetheart Sweet-heart of Sigma Gamma Chi by the young men of that fraternity. fratern-ity. She was affiliated with Lambda Delta Sigma Sorority. The future bridegroom is a 1969 graduate of Enterprise High School, where he was president pre-sident of the LDS Seminary. He was very active in sports. He fulfilled a mission for the LDS Church to Japan in 1971-72. He has completed two years at SUSC, where he has been an honor roll student. He was a member of Sigma Gamma Chi fraternity. The young couple plan to continue their studies at Utah State University at Logan this fall.
