Show Nancy Enos, Walter Gibson Wed in Church Rites Announcement has been made this week of the marriage of Walter Gibson, Cedar City, and Nancy Enos, Salt Lake City at the Wasatch Presbyterian church in Salt Lake City on Friday, Nov. 20. Following the wedding the couple returned to Cedar City and were honored at a reception recep-tion on Tuesday evening. Mr. Gibson is the son of Murl Gibson of Cedar City and the former Miss Enos Is the daughter of Mrs. Helen Enos of Salt Lake City. Don Christiansen performed the double-ring ceremony that united the couple in holy matrimony. matri-mony. Mr. Gibson, who will graduate from the University of Utah with a chemistry degree in December of this year, will remain in Salt Lake City until his call comes from the United States Air Force. He has completed the ROTC program pro-gram at the U and will undoubtedly undoubt-edly be called early in 1954. The new Mrs. Enos is a graduate grad-uate of South High School in Salt Lake City and has attended attend-ed the Holy Cross Hospital nurses school for almost a year prior to her marriage. Mr. Gibson, or "Walt," is a graduate of the Cedar City high school, the Branch Agricultural College and has completed his education at the U of U. At the wedding ceremony in Salt Lake City, Keith Gibson, brother bro-ther of the groom, acted in the capacity of best man while Ann Dyer assisted as maid of honor. Bridesmaid for the occasion was Rosemary Schwartz of Salt Lake City. Ushers at the wedding included includ-ed David Endsley, T. J. Jones and Bob Dewey, all of Cedar City who are attending the U of U. The bride was lovely In an all-lace all-lace gown over stiff polished cotton cot-ton of floor length. The bridal gown was detailed with buttons from neck to waist and the fingertip fin-gertip veil, held in place by a pearl cap completed the accessories. |
