TOGETHER with all improvements im-provements thereon and appurtenances appur-tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and TOGETHER with any and all water rights appurtenant to the same including, but not limited to, one and one-half (1V4) hours of irrigation water from the Troipc and East Fork Irrigation Company, as represented by fifteen (15) shares of the capital stock of said company, as evidenced by share certificate number PARCEL 2. Beginning at a point 14.33 chains ', West and North 0 deg 05 min West 35.63 chains ; and South 88 deg 52 min West 13.50 chains from the Southeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 36 South, Range 3 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence Scuth 88 deg 52 min West 6.62 chains; thence North 0 deg 08 min West 10.0 chains; thence North 89 deg East 2.31 chains; thence South 1 deg East 3.41 chains; thence North 89 deg East 4.0 chains; thence South 1 deg East 6.59 chains, more or less, to beginning, containing 5.63 acres, more or less. TOGETHER with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtences thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and together with all water rights appurtenant to the same, including, but not limited to, three (3) hours of irrigation water from the Tropic and East Fork Irrigation Company, as represented by thirty (30) shares of the capital stock of said company as evidenced by share certificate number PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that I, the undersigned, as Sheriff of Garfield County, State of Utah, will, on the 28th day of May 1985, at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m., of such day, on the front steps of the Garfield County Courthouse located at Panguitch, Utah sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, all right, title, claim and interest in-terest of Defendant(s) in and to the above described real property, or so much thereof as may be necessary to raise sufficient money to satisfy such execution, together ndth interest in-terest and costs thereon, subject to the six-month right of redemption provided by law.
