Knox, over the Beaver Equitable Co. op Store, in Beaver City, Beaver County, Utah. The terms of said sale will be cash in hand, lawful money of the United States; ten (10) per cent of the purchase price to accompany the bid and the balance to be paid on confirmation of sale.
