To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah has filed in this office lists of lands, selected by the said State, under section C of the Act of Congress, approved July 10, 1894, as Indemnity School lands, viz: Lot 3, SESNWU, E'.iSW'i Sec. -1, Twp. 30 South Range 11 West. Serial 018228, List 2305. NWV.NW'i, SWSW.U Sec. 10, E'sE'i Sec. 20 W'iXWU, Sec. 21, Twp. 29 South Range 11 West. SW'4, E'-iNE'i.Sec. 9, E'jSW'i Sec. -I, Twp. 20 South Hange 10 West, S. L. M. Serial 0 1710.1, List 2278 (as amended). Copies of said lists, so far as they relate to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, have been conspicuously posted in this office for inspection by any person interested and by the public pub-lic generally. During the period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter, and before final approval and certification, certi-fication, under departmental regulations regula-tions of April 2."i, 1907, protests or contests aeainst the claim of the State to any of the tracts or sulnli-vi.-ions hereinbefore, described on the ground that the same is more valuable valu-able for mineral than for agricultural purposes, will be received and noted for report to the General Land Office at Washington, D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered sufficient suffici-ent evidence of non-mineral character of the tracts and the selections thereof, there-of, being otherwise free from objection, objec-tion, will be approved to the State.
