FOUR MAIL PLANES TO FLYTHIS ROUTE SERVICE DOUBLED , BY NIGHT FLYING Beginning in May, four mail planes plan-es will fly the route between Salt Lake and" Los Angeles. With most of the fields between the two cities having been equipped with beacon lights, night flying will be inaugurated, inaugu-rated, with result that there will be two mail planes pass through Milford Mil-ford each way every twenty-four hours. With the innovation of night flying over this route, the time taken to carry mail from New York to Los Angeles will be cut down to thirty-one thirty-one hours. Milford's beacon has been installed instal-led on a small knoll west of the landing land-ing field and its flash can be seen at great distance.
