Show WOULD BUILD AN OPEN-AIR DANCE PAVILION IN TOWN SPEAKERS AT LIONS , CLUB WERE ALL IN FAVOR OF HALL An open-air dance pavilion will be In operation In Milford this spring, If the present plans of the Lions Club go through. It is proposed to subscribe subscr-ibe slock to build the pavilion and put it under the management of a joint board from the Lions Club and American Legion until the building is paid for. All who expressed their opinion at the Lions meeting this week were in favor of Milford's having hav-ing its own dance pavilion. A committe commit-te of R. E. Ellingsworth, Joe Kinney, from the Lions, and M. P. Lewis and Lee Brown met Wednesday night to discuss the plan. Other matters under the Lions' consideration this week were the clean-up of the town; the approval of a Lions' float on the 19th; and the inactivity of some of the committees. o |
