Thomas of Salt Lake Citv, in the county of Salt Luke and state of Utah, in said district, respectfully represents repre-sents that on the 23rd day of August last past he was duly adjudged bankrupt under the acts of congress relating to bankruptcy; that he has duly surrendered all Ins property and rights of property, and has fully complied with all the re- t quiremenU of said acts and of the orders J of tho court touching his bankruptcy.
