The Nebraska Ne-braska railway commission today granted I the Nebraska Telephone company a 25 per cent Increase in toll rates and a 30 j per cent advance in exchange charges. effective for six months. The new toil ' rates go into effect November 1 and the I new exchange charges on December ?,. The company is a subsidiary concern of 1 the Bell Telephone company.
