Show NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION PUBLIC SALE United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah June 11, 1957 Under provisions of section 2455, R. S., as amended by section sec-tion 14 f the act of June 28, 1934 (48 Stat, 1274; 43 U. S. C. 1171), and pursuant to the application of Cedar City Corporation, Cedar City. Utah, Serial No. Utah 019079, there will be offered to the hlguest bidder, but at not less than $1.25 per acre, at a public sale to be held at 11 o'clock o'-clock a. m., on the 14th day of August. 1957 next, at this office, the following tracts of land: Sec. 21: SEKSEK. T. 36 S., R. 11 W., SLM, Ut. containing 40 acTes. This parcel of land as indicated, in-dicated, will be offered for sale as a unit. No bid will be received for less than all of an offered parcel of land. Bids may be made by the prin- Icipal or his agent, either personally person-ally at the sale or by mail. Bids sent by mall will be considered con-sidered only If received at this office prior to the hour fixed for the sale. Bids must be In sealed envelopes accompanied by certified certi-fied checks or post-office money orders made payable to the Treasurer of the United States for the amounts of the bids. The envelope must be marked In the lower left-hand corner "Public sale bid, Serial No. Utah 019079, Sale, August 14. 1957." The highest bidder will be required re-quired to pay immediately the amount thereof. Any adverse claimants of the at ove-descrlbed land should file their claims, or objections, on or before the time designated for sale. The Bureau of Land Management Man-agement has not searched the files of Iron County it ascertain evidence of any adverse claims. Any contiguous owner claiming claim-ing a preference right must assert as-sert such right and substantiate the claim by submitting the evidence evi-dence required by 43 CFR 250.11 within 30 days from the above sale date.
