Show Cedar SCS Office Announces Recent Appointment Announcement has been made this week of the appointment of Wesley Keetch as area soil chemist for Area Four in the southwest portion of the state for the Soil Conservation Service. Mr. Keetch will be located in Cedar City, according to Tom Evans, SCS area director. j The appointment was made to fill a position left by Howard Stokes, who has been transferred transfer-red to the Ogden office of the SCS. Stokes was with the local SCS for 12 years and has been affiliated with the service for 15 years. Keetch came to the Cedar aty office from Layton where he held a similar position with the SCS. He has been with the service ser-vice for five years. Prior to that time he was affiliated with the U. S. Indian Service. The Keetch family, including a wife and son, remained In Lay-ton Lay-ton for the time being and will move to Cedar City as soon as proper arrangements can be i made. |
