Show Round Table Ladies Conduct Study Course Four Interesting and Informs, tlve meetings have been held by the Round Table Club of Cedar City since the beginning of the summer program on May 30. The club has adopted a study for the season of the Latin American countries. Opening meeting of the season sea-son was a breakfast served at the home of Mrs. Sadie Bald-win Bald-win to initiate the season. At that meeting a topic for the year was decided upon. On June 7 the club met at the home of Mrs. Misha Jones where Edythe Stokes told of the findings find-ings of ancient ruins, the people peo-ple and their valuable minerals. Dainty refreshments were served. Mrs. Hester Rollins' home was the scene of the club's June 14 meeting. Harry Plummer told of his experiences on guided tours In Mexico and showed pictures of Mexican art The club met at the home of Mrs. Ella Leigh on June 21. Gam Heywood, recently returned missionary mis-sionary from Argentina, showed slides nd told very interestingly interesting-ly of his experiences. Cake and Ice cream were served those In attendance. |
