Show Holninn Takes Air Force Post JUNCTION - Colonel William G. Holman, formerly of Junction, recently assumed the position of Chief of Supply for the 63rd Supply Squadron, Norton Air Force Base, Calif. Prior to his arrival at Norton, Colonel Holman was the chief of maintenance for the 374th Tactical Airlift Wing at ark Air Base, in the Phllliplnes. He has also been deputy chief of maintenance at Altus AFB, Okla., and assistant chief of maintenance at Travis AFB, Calif. (?nlnnp1 Hnlmnn has also spent many (lying hours in the C-1190, C-130, C-141 and the giant C-5A. In 1972, he completed gunshlp training on the C-119 and was assigned to Tan Son Nut Republic of Vietnam, to the Vietnam Air Force. Colonel Holman is originally from Junction, and has relatives there and in San Bernardino. He married the former Lakay Anderson of Kingston and they have four children. Two of their sons have been missionaries and one son is presently on a mission for the LDS Church. They reside in Redlands, Calif. |
