JAMES FRANKLIN JACKSON Jacksons Celebrate Golden Wedding Mr. and Mrs. James Franklin Frank-lin Jackson of Cedar City will celebrate their Golden Wedding Wed-ding Anniversary on Tuesday, Feb. 20. In honor of the 50th anni-versary anni-versary the family of the Cedar Ce-dar City couple will hold an open house at the home of a son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Bowman, on Sunday, Feb. 25. Friends and relatives have been invited to attend the open house at the residence, 109 North 800 West beween the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Family requests no gifts. The couple were married in the St. George LDS Temple on Feb. 20, 1918. ' Mr. Jackson has been a carpenter, car-penter, builder, contractor, cabinet maker in Cedar City and Is now retired. He was born in Toquerville and Mrs. Jackson was born at Parowan. Following their marriage mar-riage they moved to Cedar City where they have continued contin-ued to make their home. The Jacksons have six children chil-dren including Wayne G. Douglas F., Mrs. Oliver (Dean-a) (Dean-a) LeFevre, and Mrs. Bud (Marilyn) Bowman, all of Cedar Ce-dar City; Mrs. Earl (Lucille) Murie and James - Howard, both of Las Vegas.
