But with a national convention starting Feb. 15, a political program I to outline, and the entertainment of aome 530 delegates to be loolted after Alice Paul dictates instructions, holds conferences and occasionally eats a sandwich all at the same time. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady tikanton and Lucretla Mott. will be presented to the Capitol by the Woman's parly and 30 other national women'a organizations Misj Jane Addams. of Hull House fame, Chicago, will preside. Tho statues have Just been completed com-pleted by Mrs Adelaide Johnson. "It will be a tribute to women who are living in a new era which has been opened by tho gaining of political equality for all women, made possible by these pioneers " Tho women who will participate in the ceremony will represent every walk of life. An echo of picketing days in Washington Wash-ington will be tho presentation of "picketing pins" to those who at any tlino carried a banner at the White House gates or at tho Capitol, The pins are tiny silver replicas of the picket banners. Anthony Three men and 40 women are listed on the speakers' program. Representatives of foreign countries will tell of the progress of Hie woman movement in their own lands.
