oo MAYOR PROCLAIMS CIVIC WEEK HERE Mayor Frank Francis has issued a proclamation setting aside the present pres-ent week as "civic week" for a cam-I palgn in which all organizations, 'as-soda 'as-soda tl one and clubs are asked to Join in the movement for civic betterment.' All conditions which should be cor-reeled cor-reeled will be considered and recom-j mcndatlons will be made to the board of city commissioners.
