Merlin Croft 9,000th BYU Student to Register This Year Merlin R. Croft, Pleasant Grove, was the 9,000th student to register at Bingham Young- University, Provo. A graduate student majoring major-ing in marketing, Croft was released re-leased a week ago from the Air Force. 9,003 students have completed registration and 45 others are still in registration procedures, bringing bring-ing the enrollment total to 9,048. Students attending BYU this year represent 46 of the 48 states in the United States and 27 foreign countries.
