Certain contiguous tracts of the above lands will be sold together as per offered list on file in the office or the Board. No land will be sold for less than the appraised value thereof, and not more than 160 acres of Agricultural Ag-ricultural land, nor more than 320 acres' of arid land, nor more than four sections of grazing land will be sold to any o'ne individual, company or corporation and sales of such land will be made only to citizens of the United States, or those who have declared de-clared their intention to become such. Terms of Sale: One tenth of the purchase price payable in cash at time of sale, with five per cent, interest inter-est on the remainder of the price to the first of January following; the remainder of the payments to be divided di-vided into ten equal annual amounts with interest at the rate of five per cent, per annum on the deferred payments. pay-ments. The Board reserves the right to withhold any tract or tracts from the sale. The Board will withhold from sale certain tracts now under lease unless leases are surrendered for cancellation at the office of the Board on or before November 7, 1917.
