Show SUMMONS In the District Court of Beaver Coiinty, Utah Milford Mercantile Company, a corporation, cor-poration, Plaintiff. . vs. J. S. Lane, Defendant. The State of Utah to the Said Defendant: De-fendant: You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the County in whicn this action is brought, otherwise, within thirty days after service, ana defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will ,be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has. been filed with the Clerk of said District Court. This action is brought to quiet title against the following described mining claims and premises situate lying and being in Beaver Lake Mining Min-ing District in Beaver County, State of Utah: Duluth No. 2, Duluth No. 1, Duluth; boston, Alice S., Nellie B., Nellie B.
