Show GENERAL FLEES AS GARRISON NEAR REVOLT LOS ANGELES, May 21. General Manuel Mazta, governor of the southern south-ern district of Lower California, who arrived at Los Angeles harbor aboard tho steamer Mazatlan, said he feared his garrison of 170 soldiers at La Paz intended joining tho revolution.
