Show Bountiful High Brave Rave Sophomore officers have really been working hard to bring you some fun activities. The Sophomore Sopho-more assembly will be Friday, Oct. 23 at 7:30 a.m. and only sophomores sopho-mores will be in attendance. That night, the Sophomore class is also sponsoring an awesome Halloween Hallo-ween stomp after the game. Hope you have a great deer hunt weekend (but don't kill too many Bambis)! Even as I write this article Halloween Hal-loween is fast approaching, bringing bring-ing with it Jonathan apples, carved pumpkins, spook alleys, and many excited children. The Braves are getting excited too, for the football game against Woods Cross, the announcing of the 1987-88 Senate and Sophomore Week, consisting of many fun activities acti-vities which the Sophomore officers offic-ers have planned, the Sophomore assembly on Friday, Oct. 23, and the Halloween Stomp that night at Bountiful High after the definite victory over Viewmont that our football team will achieve. Our drama department is very excited, also, about the musical this year. They will be performing "Annie" in January! And we're assured of a fantastic show with all the talent there is this year. Congratulations go to our incredible in-credible band this year! They took first place in the Rocky Mountain competition and well deserved it. Their hard work and manv hours of practice and performance really paid off. Also, our volleyball team has been doing a great job and has won a lot of their games super job, girls! Our football team has done a terrific ter-rific job this year and we commend them for the great games they've played and their time and dedication. dedica-tion. Good luck against Woods Cross tomorrow! The game will be at Bountiful at 7:30 p.m. - see you there! I hope everyone had a great UEA weekend and enjoyed the rest away from school. Senate interviews have been going on this week and we will have the results this Monday, Oct. 19 good luck! We've had a ton of well qualified, responsible, neat students stu-dents try out and it won't be an easy task to choose the new Senate for this year.
