Show Cat Chat By JOANNA MOODY Howdy dear Wildcats and friends. Tonight our beloved football foot-ball team plays Bountiful High at 7:30. Now you may be wondering what promoted a football game on a Thursday night but yes, it is that time of the year.. .deer hunting season. sea-son. Because many of our football men will be participating in this particular sport, the game will indeed in-deed be tonight. It ought to be pretty pret-ty darn exciting so be sure to come out and cheer for our team. We would also like to congratulate them for their awesome victory over Ogden last week. On the 16th and 17th, our Key Club is planning to have their annual Rock-A-Thon. They will be taking pledges and rocking their chairs all night. This club is a service-oriented club; therefore, the money that they earn from this will go to a very worthwhile cause to help the needy. On Tuesday the 20th, our tremendous volleyball team will play Bountiful at 5 in our own gym. The 2 1 st is the region cross country at 2 at Sugarhouse and we wish our super team the best of luck. On the 22nd at 3:30 our sophomore sopho-more football team plays East at Woods Cross while our JV team plays at East. Also on Thursday the Honor Society induction ceremony cere-mony is planned for in the auditorium. auditor-ium. Congratulations to all the prestigious pre-stigious people who have been able to be in this organization! Be prepared for a football game at WX on the 22nd at 7 p.m. and also on the 24th our marching band, who placed first in the Class A division at the BYU competition, competi-tion, will be performing in a competition com-petition at the University of Utah. Our clubs, teams and organizations organiza-tions at Woods Cross are mighty fine and we are all very proud of them. For those who participate in these events, thank you for your dedication.
