Show 'Kangaroo' Court HeSd at Rotary Stag Party The law had a lot of fun with Sugar House Rotarians last night. At the Sugar House Rotary Club stag party held at the Beau Brummel Cafe, "Judge" Jed Ashton, "Prosecuting Attorney" Winston E. Lay and "Attorneys" Paul Pehrson and Bud Brain drew many a laugh as club delinquents de-linquents (members with attendance at-tendance records of less than 85 per cent) stood before the bar. Mock trials and a "kangaroo" "kanga-roo" court featured the evening's eve-ning's entertainment. The stag affair was given by delinquent Rotarians to the rest of the club members with better-than-85 per cent attendance averages. Winston E. Lay was chairman of the affair. He was assisted by Messrs. Ashton, Pehrson and Brain. Presiding over the regular reg-ular meeting and banquet was Dr. Thomas E. Robinson. |
