Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property, situated in Davis County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time ( of sale, at the north front Court House ! steps, Davis County Court House, at the southeast corner of Main Street and State Street, Farmington, Davis Coun- ty, Utah, on Monday, February 29, '; 1988, at 1 1:00 a.m. for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Deed of Trust, dated March 31. 1983, and filed for re-, cord on April 5. 1983. as Entry No. 63777, in Book 937, at Page 264, and in the Records of Davis County, State of Utah, executed by JAMES H. ANDERSON and DEBRA K. ANDERSON, as Trustors, to Washington Savings and Loan (now known as Williamsburg Savings Bank), a corporation organized under the Utah Savings and Loan Associations Act, as Beneficiary, covering real property located lo-cated at 1947, 1949, 1951, 1953 South 500 West, Bountiful, Davis County, Utah, 84010, and more particuarly described de-scribed as follows: "All of Lot 2, WOODLAND GARDENS PLAT "B". a subdivision sub-division of part of Section ft.
