Show . R. B. Horsley succumbs at 81 Rachel Black Horsley, 81, formerly for-merly of Ogden, passed away Feb. 14, 1988 in Bountiful of causes incident inci-dent to age. She was born Sept. 23, 1906 in Grace, Ida. to Martin and Elizabeth Eli-zabeth Rasmussen Black. She married mar-ried Everett Lee Horsley Oct. 26, 1927 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died March 7, 1985. She was reared in Grace and Soda Springs, Ida.; she lived in Wilson Lane for 15 years, in Ogden for 20 years, and in Bountiful for four years. She graduated from high school in Grace, Ida.; was a member of the Ogden 27th and 56th Wards. She was active in all three auxiliaries au-xiliaries of the church, was a temple tem-ple worker, and currently a member mem-ber of the Bountiful 47th Ward. She enjoyed needlework, crocheting, quilting and loved flowers and gardening. gar-dening. She was active in Olym-piatrics. Olym-piatrics. Surviving are two sons and one daughter: Donald Lynn, Murray L . Robert Lee, Sandy; Mrs. Kenneth (Lenore H.) Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 18 at the Lindquist and Sons Colonial Chapel, 3408 Washington Blvd. , Ogden at 1 p.m. ; Friends may call at the Ogden mortuary mor-tuary Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday 11:45-12:45 p.m. Interment in the Ogden City Cemetery. |
