Show Duchesne Oouale To Observe 65 Years Together (Crowded Out Last Week) MYTON (Special) Mr. . and Mrs. Ed Hart, of Duchesne, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Easter Sunday. April 18th, when members of the family will gather for a family dinner at the home of their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James Dalgleish, with their niece, Mrs. Del Combs, assisting. Mr. Hart was born October 1, 1868. in Tioke County, Penn. and moved with his parents to Neilsville, Wisconsin in his early youth. He married Ida May Boone in Neilsville, April 15, 1899. Mrs. ,Hart was born Feb. 19, 1870 in Neilsville, Wis. In the early 1890's they moved mov-ed to Aspen, Colorado, then a I booming silver mining town. Both were employed in the Aspen As-pen post office for several years and later Mr. Hart owned and operated a transfer, bus line and livery business before he came to Utah in 1909 to file a homestead on the Blue Bench near Theodore, Wasatch County, Coun-ty, now Duchesne. Mrs. Hart and daughter joined him in 1910. They were engaged in a mercantile business busi-ness for several years, and then built and operated the Hart Tourist Cabins, before retiring in 1945. They resided in Spring-ville Spring-ville and also in Salt Lake City before returning to Duchesne to make their home. Mrs. Dalgleish Dal-gleish is their only child. Relatives Rela-tives from Colorado will join them to celebrate the event. |
