Show Notice Toi Water Users Notiqe is hereby given that Dry Gulch Irrigation Company, by L.M.Angus, secretary, Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request for an extension of time from April 14, 1954, to April 14, 1956, in which to make and submit proof of appropriation of water under Application No. 8330 for the appropriation ap-propriation of 1000 ac.-ft. of water from the Uintah River to be stored in Montez Reservoir Reser-voir and used to irrigate 5,400 acres of land. It is represented that all construction con-struction work has been completed com-pleted at a cost of $125,000.00 and water is being placed to beneficial use. It is estimated it will cost $500.00 to measure the water and to prepare proof of beneficial use. All protests resisting the granting of said resquest, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit af-fidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, Engi-neer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before May 22, 1954. , A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before the State Engineer at 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. May 27, 1954. Protestants may appear at the hearing and adduce testimony in support of their protests. JOSEPH M.
