Show Wedding Dance Honors Hew!yweds Apr. 2 Mr. and Mrs. Larry Larsen were complimented at a wedding wed-ding dance on Friday, April 2, at Victory Park, following their marriage ceremony which took place Tuesday, March 30, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, with President EIRay L. Christian-1 sen officiating. Accompanying the young couple through the Temple were the bride's mother, moth-er, Mrs. Violet1 McDonald, and her sister, Jean McDonald, of Duchesne, and the groom's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard. Larsen, Lar-sen, of Ballard. An informal reception was given in their honor at the home of the groom's grandparents, grandpar-ents, Mr', and Mrs. W. A. Brady, Salt Lake City. The bride and groom enjoyed a brief honeymoon honey-moon in Logan and Salt Lake before returning to Ballard for the wedding dance. At the dance the bride greeted greet-ed her guests in her ballerina length wedding dress of white satin and lace, designed with long sleeves forming points at the wrist. The serving table, which was covered with an Italian cut-. cut-. work cloth, was centered with j an arrangement of daffodils and ; orchid stocks.' Yellow tapers in I ' crystal holders adorned either ! side. Mrs. Earl Gardner and Mrs. Jesse Hullinger were in j charge of the serving, and Sher- I arm Rasmussen was appointed to take charge of the cloak room. Gift table arrangements were under the direction of Mary Ann Larsen, assisted by Mary Hullinger, Mary Collins, Lon-nie Lon-nie Kay Winn, Celia Kay Jenkins, Jen-kins, Clara Stolla and Judy Brisbane. Mr. Larsen left last Monday to report for duty at Fort Ord, and will be joined by his nfrw " bride as soon as school is out. |
