Show BRIDGE PARTY HELD Mrs. 'Bliss Lott entertained at her home Friday afternqon when a dessert luncheon and bridge were enjoyed by her guests, Mrs. W. H. Linck, Miss Alice Todd, Mrs. Rex Lamb, Mrs. Wesley Jensen, Mrs. P. E. Church, Mrs. James Dalgleish, Mrs. Floyd Lamb and Mrs. Homer Robinson. Prizes were awerded to Mrs. Dalgleish, Mrs. Floyd Lamb and Mrs. Church. The American Legion and Auxiliary Aux-iliary held their regular meetings, Friday evening at the Legion Hall. Special business was to perfect plans for opening the Legion Cafe during the pheasant hunt. Mrs. Earl Gingell and daughter Joyce, Sherrill Richens attended the Millard-Union football game at Fillmore Friday. Accompanying them was Janice Burgener of Roosevelt, a niece of Mrs. Gingell. Joyce is one of the cheer leaders of Union High School. Miss Rolene Duke, a cheer leader lead-er of Union High accompanied a group of friends to 'Fillmore, Friday Fri-day to attend the Union-Millard football game. |
