Show Summons In The District Court of the Fourth Judicial District of the State of Utah, In and For Du-Chesne Du-Chesne County Summons WILMER D. PARRISH, Plaintiff Plain-tiff vs THELMA HARD-MAN, HARD-MAN, GEO. F. SMITH, ARTE-MUS ARTE-MUS C. HARMSTON, PAUL B. BEST, DUCHESNE COUNTY, a body corporate and politic of the State of Utah; and all other parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, or interest in, or lien upon, the real property pro-perty described in the Complaint, Com-plaint, or clouding- the Plaintiff's Plain-tiff's title thereto. Defendants. The Stale of Utah io the Above Named Defendant: You are here, by ' summoned and required to serve upon George E. Stewart, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Roosevelt, Utah, an answer to the Complaint within twenty (20) days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. This action is brought to quiet plaintiff's title in and to the following described des-cribed land situate in Duchesne County, State of Utah, to-wit: The Northwesl Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, of Section 31, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Uintah Special Meridian. ALSO, beginning al Ihe Southwest South-west corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter Quar-ter of Section 31, Township 2 South, Range 1 West U.S.M., and running thence East 120 rods; thence South 16 rods; thence West 40 rods; Ihence North 14 rods; Ihence West 80 rods; Ihence North 2 rods to place of beginning.
